We have just updated to Xenforo 2.1.3 The latest version
Yes we lost all custom artwork
We lost all add on's
New members can't make new accounts at present.
A lot of these issues will be addressed today but it will take us at least two weeks to have it all done especially the custom artwork (we will keep it simple) and the advertisers section.
Profiles seem to need a addon and once done I will expect all members to update and add social media links as it is so much easier to use.

Get India to set you up a proper UAT site so that you can test before doing it to your live site . Then no unexpected problems.

Its great in principle but we researched as much as we could but because we were so many versions behind and all had no knowledge of xenforo that do my IT I decided to go for and learn quickly.

it seems to work better on mobile so that's good
