Need a little advice to kindle a threeway with wife

Hey guys, I need a little advice on how to kindle a threesome with my wife.
First, a little background. There's very little that she and I haven't done, and a threeway is one of them. So she was writing me a 'secret fantasy letter' to email me (I'm overseas right now), and I was floored when it described her making love to her best friend while I watched.

With her best friend? Warning bells right there....it could go bad very quickly.
Take it from my experience, it has a 99% chancve of blowing up big time. The night might go fine and the sex etc will be great, but days/weeks/months later it will be a different story.
Just dont do it.

Seriously, find a random that you both like and take her home if she is up for it.
Or, ask one of the lovely w/l on here to help you out. I know your girl may not want a w/l however approach it right and things will be different. In stead of getting a hotel and making it all happen in a night, why not spend some time with the girl of your choice first... might make things a little more comfortable for a first timer.

i know i have been approached by a number of couples, and always ended up being turned off by the guys been over eager, (resulting in nothing happening) i know from experience these things can go badly if one person wants it to happen more than the other...
what i would do is make sure she knows its something your up for, and encourage HER to find the other woman. Especially if the main thing you want is to watch her with someone else, it really needs to be someone she is into.
