I need advice on a SMS & Email Marketing Program

Hello Everyone,
I have spent the last three hours researching the best software to help me with email & sma marketing for when the new version of Langtrees.com is ready.
The only one I have used before is Group Mail. I need something that gives good SMS pricing but also needs to extract info from my outlook manager and excel research lists. Any advise is appreciated.
Yesterday i discovered the world of Skype, which I found amazing. I still have to fully register and learn lots but was amazed that you could make 10,000 minutes of local calls to Land Lines for $5.95 per month.
How many other member use Skype?

I had skype, but only had one contact in the US, skype is free skype to skype (apparently). Now you can get skype mobile phones.........I'll let you know my skype details when I set it up again soon.

If you buy a monthly package you can add a headset and use your computer to phone all landlines inlimited at $5.95 per month, I used it today to phone the city council, got put on hold for 10 minuts and it didn't faze me at all as I was able to busily work while waiting for a answer, I feel in love in moments.

I found this about Skype when doing my research, and wonder if members would get more fun and contact if we tried to set up Skype Live Chat, It says you can have nine members chatting at a time, and voice is more fun than typing, so if I can get the right info, Loneroad is away at the moment, this could be worth testing to make the forum more lively. And it is completely free.

This is where I got the idea.Change the battlegames to sexual interests and it could get interesting. I will need a Skype friendly moderator to help take this on to make it work, so volunteers welcomed.

it sounds great ive only just got it set up on my mobile but am yet to try it. Ive used other programs for my computer games like when i used to play world of warcraft and battlefield 1942 programs such as ventrilio and team speak. It sounds similar we would use it for all sorts. Im really keen to learn about skype and will sink my teeth into it this weekend. Once i get an idea about it im more than happy to show anyone how to use it. As well as help out where i can.

I use skype all the time, I don't know what I did before it - it is free skype to skype, meaning that if you and the person you are contacting have it, are online and have headphones and web cam if you want - and you can talk to anywhere in the world, also you can have group calls and group video (web cam) calls, imagine the possibilities

I use skype as well, I had the skype pro subscription, but now use the monthly one....at 5.95 to call any landline in Australia its a bargain...

I also have a skype in number - which means you can select to have a number in any state (I obviously have an Adelaide one) and any in Adelaide can ring the number for a local fee, if you have one in other states where you have a lot of members they would also be able to ring that number for a local call.

I use it extensively when I do overseas escort jobs to keep in touch with my kids really cheaply....I just sms then when I can talk (using skypes cheaper sms rates) and get them to ring the skype in number which is a local call from home - it rings on my laptop or my pda. Have used it all over the UK, San Francisco and Hong Kong and it so much cheaper.

Skype rates for calls to mobiles are incredibly cheap to compared to most mobile phone plans and landline cost.

The day after I joined Skype I noticed the South Australian Girls had different type phone numbers on Langtrees.com.
I still have a lot to learn but have discovered a wonderful all over internet expert that will assist me over the next few months and Skype is the third on my list of 100 things to learn and understand.

I downloaded Skype on Saturday and have found it to be similar to MSN as well as how the good old ICQ used to be.

Seems really easy to set up and just takes a bit to learn about the navigation, the other good thing is that on the website where you download the program, there is lots of video training and add ons you can buy.

If anyone wants to test this out please let me know.

You can have a number in every state and even overseas....you just pay the fee for each number you have.

I just tested the stranger call on skype, he had video. I was just curious to learn how to use it more, upgraded comp last night and can't have sound installed properly ad very poor sound so we started typing, then my box diapperared and couldn't find it. The next minute the phone goea again and the video comes on.
As you can guess the twerp had his pants down and this tiny thing emerged, no wonder he needs this way to have a sex life.
What I do know from the seperience is when I get comfortable with Skype it is going to be a wonderful tool for the MAKers Army to comminicate with.
By the way not anti to the occasionally sex over the phone, and could see the phone in cyber sex, but certainly not with a stranger...now a friend or maybe a grunt in my army, and I could be tempted. LOLolice:

This is an Australian based board with Australian users who talk about every aspect of internet usage. It's great because you can find out experiences of company behaviour and how to set up your computer, or any pitfalls that may occur.

It also has a great ISP comparison board so if anyone is thinking of changing ISPs they can compare prices and quotas between most, (if not all), the available ISPs in Aus.

I think you might find good suggestions about the kind of software you are looking for regarding the thread topic.

Thanks sumguy, I will keep this site in mind.I am testing a program at the moment, Arcsend, Australian developed and good help from the developers.
I find if I don't use all the options and learn the correct way around a program in the fist week, the info just sink in and when i come back to it later, I can't remeber a thing. This one is stacking up pretty good, and has some great import features to help me establish a very good data base.
