The latest personal insolvency report from the Australian Financial Security Authority shows that more people in the ACT are struggling with money, with personal bankruptcies surging almost 28 per cent and debtors increasing 19 per cent.
The number of bankrupts in the ACT jumped 27.6 per cent, from 170 to 217. This equates to one bankrupt for every 1,200 adults. The most bankrupts were in Tuggeranong, Belconnen and Gungahlin. A growing number of ACT residents appear to be finding themselves in financial difficulty, with a 19 per cent increase in the number of debtors with debt agreements.
This will certainly not happen to Langtrees LOL

Thanks for all the comments. Renovations are coming along, and like always I was unrealistic on the time it takes to rebuild a place of this size.
The only license was referring to the only Liquor Licensed brothel in Australia.Hit a few snags as the license is currently for the sale of liquor, not service. When we open i will be able to pass the guests a bottle opener to open their own beer, and help them selves to a glass. This will be legal until i have time to do a DA and apply for a serviced license.
Love the Uppherhouse name I will have to try to incorporate into a room or lounge.I am enjoying Canberra and finding that they have a very open and equal attitude over this way.

I went around collecting random screws, from the 'Reno's', which I've put into a jar, with recommendation that it be placed on reception desk... Then every visitor can have a 'Free Screw'... On the House!

Like in the 'REAL' Upper House ( The Senate) where prior to the days business opening they ask that " All members be Upstanding"..... Well Im sure there will be lots of 'Upstanding Members' when Langtrees of Canberra 'Opens for Business'

Yup, Canberra is the de-centralised capital of the commercial porn industry.
