Dear Mrs Mary Anne,

Theorheretically,

If somebody was banned from a establishment such as your own - how long (in theory) would such a ban exist.

I know a mate that has been banned from the Burswood Casino for 2 years for scamming his way into the international room - drinking free piss for hours then claiming that he was the lead singer of Coldplay when challenged by the Security Personnel (at 7am on a Monday morning - no less).

Gee this is an old thread but a very good question? If someone was banned from any Langtrees establishment or service, how long would they be banned for?

Surely it would depend on the nature of the transgression.

Being banned for passing out drunk after throwing up in the lounge area, maybe 12 months would be enough.

Roughing up one of the ladies in private and trying to force her to do things against her will - Life long ban and possibly police charges also...

etc, etc...

It is a hard one, in Kalgoorlie years ago, I would kick out many a cheeky bugger....he would get home and call that night or the next day asking how long I was banning him, or begging not to be banned. I would ask when his next pay day was, and try and ban him until then, it was effective because he would behave for the next few visits, and I would get him before he spent his pay on another agency.

I think it is dependent on the reason they were banned in the first place. Being rude, disrespectful and difficult; well, maybe a month or so. Being aggressive, violent and/or bringing drugs into the establishment should incur a much longer ban in my opinion.

Miss Chloe they would be very drunk but very respectful at the same time, lonely country boys that had one drink too much, this was also before the days of fly out flyin mining.
