Information needed to make a considered assessment of what you may require.

To that end:

1. Is there a personal preference of Mac over the PC?

2. Is most of the use for all machines graphical design or an even split as outlined between business apps (Office applications) and Photoshop work.

3. What are the projected printing requirements:

a) Colour? If colour what quality output.
b) Mono text only.
c) Estimated quantity per month.

4. Machines to be networked. Is there LAN (Local Area Networking) cable already reticulated at the premises?

5. Will all the machines be located within one room or disparate rooms throughout the premises?

6. Do you have an estimated budget in mind to cover purchase (hardware and software) plus setup costs?

There are a couple of pathways you can follow in terms of fulfilling your IT requirements. The most important outcome for you is to have a system of fully operational and reliable equipment at your disposal that will fulfil the tasks you require to undertake.

Just following on from flash..

In terms of data stage and protection, will there be digital documents that will need to be backed up? may need to look into backup policies and procedures

will the Mac's be running the Mac operating system, or did you want to run Windows on them (probably be easier for those that use Windows, a bit of familiarity)

What is your main aim / use for the computers, would probably help us out to gg a clearer understanding of what you may need.
